At Johnny Apple Springs, we want every order to arrive safely and work as intended.
Because our torsion springs are small precision parts, we handle returns a bit differently than typical retail items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly send a replacement or make it right.

Returns
Due to the nature of precision springs and small parts, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used packages.
If your springs have any problems, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
